Welcome

I help high school and college students—and young adults—build the executive function skills they need to thrive in school, at home, and in life. Whether your student is falling behind, overwhelmed with responsibilities, or preparing for life after high school, coaching can provide the structure, tools, and accountability they need to build the essential executive function skills that will carry them through school and into life.

How I Help

Coaching empowers students to take ownership of their learning, build confidence, and create sustainable habits that support success—in and out of the classroom.

Through consistent, supportive sessions, students learn to:

  • Plan ahead and manage their time effectively

  • Stay organized and balance multiple priorities

  • Strengthen study habits and task initiation

  • Set meaningful goals and overcome procrastination

Preparing for college—and thriving once there—requires more than academics. Coaching provides the structure, strategies, and support students need to stay organized, follow through, and feel confident at every stage of the journey.

How It Works

Free Consultation

A free 30-minute chat where we’ll get to know each other, talk about your needs, answer any questions you have, and see if coaching is the right fit to support your goals.

Executive Function Survey

After we decide to work together, you’ll complete a 20–30 minute survey designed for both the student and parent, providing a clear snapshot of the student’s executive function skills in managing academic, personal, and daily responsibilities. This insight gives us a solid starting point to develop the skills needed for success in high school, college, and beyond.

Discovery Session

This 60-minute discovery session is our chance to get started together. We’ll meet with both the student and parent to chat about how coaching works, review survey results and plan how we’ll support growth as a team. Then, together, the student and I will clarify goals, identify challenges, and start building a trusting partnership as we map out the first steps for upcoming coaching sessions.

Weekly Virtual Coaching

After our Discovery session, we will meet in a tailored weekly virtual session to begin working on coaching goals. Virtual coaching offers flexible, consistent support that moves with your student through life transitions like college.  Sessions are kept short—around 30 minutes—to help maintain focus, especially for students with ADHD or those recovering from online learning fatigue, using interactive tools to keep students engaged.
